In our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of taste, hygiene and safety for all our customers and our products being consumable food product, we hope that you will love our Chai and have no need to return it.
However, in case you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us at kontakt@chai-revolution.de and we will process the refund together with you (subject to Terms of Service).
Damaged or Defective Items
While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at kontakt@chai-revolution.de . We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Was ist das Chai Revolution Konzentrat?
Chai Revolution in Flaschen ist ein in Etappen gebrühtes Konzentrat aus besten Gewürzen und schwarzem Tee. Mit Premium Gewürzen und Assam Schwarztee aus ganzen Blättern. 100% natürliche, intensive Aromen. 0% Zucker.

Wie wird Chai Revolution zubereitet?
Chai Revolution mischt du z.B. 1:1 mit Milch deiner Wahl. D.h. bei einer 200ml Tasse: 100ml Chai und 100ml Milch. Dann erwärmst du ihn in der Mikrowelle oder im Topf. Oder du trinkst deinen Chai Latte auf Eis.
Was ist der Unterschied zu herkömmlichen Chai Latte?
Voller, komplexer Geschmack durch das Auskochen natürlicher, intensiver Gewürze machen unseren Chai zu einem komplett anderen Geschmackserlebnis. Denn komplexe Aromenprofile und ätherische Öle der Gewürze bekommt man nur durch längeres Auskochen extrahiert.
Der Chai Latte ist für dich trotzdem in Sekunden fertig.
Er ist komplett ungesüßt und du kannst die Süße und das Süßungsmittel dadurch komplett individuell entscheiden.
Du hast dadurch das beste auf allen Welten: die Schnelligkeit und Einfachheit der Pulver und Sirupe und die vollen Aromen und die gesunden Wirkstoffe und Freiheit, die du bei selbst aufgebrühtem Chai hast.
Wie viele Portionen bekomme ich aus 1 Flasche?
Je nachdem wie du ihn verwendest, ca. 7 Portionen je 200ml.
