In our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of taste, hygiene and safety for all our customers and our products being consumable food product, we hope that you will love our Chai and have no need to return it.
However, in case you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us at kontakt@chai-revolution.de and we will process the refund together with you (subject to Terms of Service).
Damaged or Defective Items
While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at kontakt@chai-revolution.de . We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
